The hotel offers a spacious family room with
excellent mattresses that ensured all of us had restful sleep, including our picky sleeper. The location is convenient, but the coffee quality during meals could be improved.

Something you might like to consider
The staff were incredibly attentive,, and the dining experience exceeded my expectations with a diverse buffet selection and a refreshing atmosphere.
The absence of air conditioning during warm weather made it a bit uncomfortable despite the nice amenities.

the only redeeming quality was the so-called 'helpful' staff who barely managed to get some soya milk after I raised an eyebrow. the coffee was beyond terrible—like, did they even taste it? plus, I totally expected a complimentary welcome gift—just to feel special, you know? I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Had an awesome time with friends! The hotel’s playground kept the kids entertained, and we loved chilling in the sauna. We explored Leopold Park and Maria Hendrika Park, which were both beautiful. There’s a great bar within the hotel with reasonable prices, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Definitely recommend this spot for group trips!
The only downside for us was the room size—definitely on the smaller side, which made it a bit cramped, especially with luggage.

Proximity to the beach and marina, varied buffet dinners, refreshing and inviting lobby area
The room cannot have only single beds!!! The garish decor feels dated and smells unpleasant!!! The hair dryer is beyond outdated—it's like a relic from the '80s!!! There's definitely room for improvement!!!

The dining experience was a pleasant surprise! The buffet dinners were not just plentiful but also packed with variety and quality—seriously, the food was top-notch! Plus, the family room was spacious with excellent mattresses, ensuring everyone got a restful sleep. And did I mention how wonderfully organized breakfast was? Smooth as a dream!
While the beach is just a hop away, the twin room felt a bit cramped, especially with towels needing some space to dry. A kettle or fridge would have truly enhanced the stay. And, let’s be honest, the coffee could definitely use a bit of an uplift.

Chur mate, the staff were heaps friendly and the breakfast buffet was top-notch, but the room was a bit cramped for our gear. Overall a sweet stay!

Spacious family room with great kids' playground. Breakfast had excellent options, but the coffee was really bad.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Freshly made fruit smoothies and a huge choice of breads and cheeses. Just a bit noisy at night with the bar nearby. Overall a great stay! 😊

missingWrote a review on Jul 26indoor playgroundcozy barspacious family roomcramped shower
The family room had ample space for the kids with an indoor playground that kept them entertained and distraction-free. A cozy bar area provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day at the nearby beach, just a short five-minute walk away.
While I didn’t mind the vibrant colors in the corridors, some might find them off-putting. The absence of queen or king-sized beds in the rooms felt restrictive, especially for couples hoping for some space. Plus, the lack of basic amenities like a fridge or tea/coffee-making facilities could be a dealbreaker for longer stays. Finally, I found the shower cubicle cramped, which may hinder comfort for taller guests.
