My partner slipped on the bathroom floor and ended up at the casualty department suffering with a dislocated/fractured shoulder. There are serious safety issues with the tiles on the floor. I nearly slipped twice it is very dangerous. The tiles should never be used on the floor they are the same as the ones we have on our walls at home. The air condition of the bathroom wasn't working and the overflow of the bath wasn't very effective either.
The staff were very friendly and willing to help us at all times
A good tourist hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. The meals were adequate and satisfactory. The room was very comfortable.
As a regular visitor to this hotel I always find it to be clean and friendly and the staff are always helpful.
Good location in Oostende. Thanks for the flexibility in being able to change the checkout date.
The two little beds were not too comfortable. The room was very small.
I thought this hotel was very poor and not good value for the money.
The location of the hotel is very central and within easy reach of shops, restaurants and most other amenities.
No on site car parking.
Hotel offers family room and private parking at a reasonable cost.
The hotel is functional at best ie. it will do as somewhere to stay if all you want is a single night to crash, but otherwise has nothing to recommend it. It is poorly lit from the entrance foyer to the bedroom corridors, and the latter are scruffy (though clean). The bedroom was small, with little natural light and ventilation. The bed was hard. It looks and feels like a 60's era office block
Very good breakfast and location for seafront and restaurants/bars
Have stayed at this hotel several times and thelocation is excellent for everything ostend has to offer.
L liked the position the breakfasts ,the efficiency of the receptionists and the cleanliness
The 15 euro charge per night and the dark bedrooms
It was a really bad idea to take the package room + dinner. I regret my choice. The food served was meatballs with tomatoe sauce and frozen fish nuggets with frozen vegetables in August. It is unthinkable that a hotel 100 meters from the sea could serve frozen fish nuggets!!!! And all that costed 21 euros!!! For a few euros more or less you could have a very nice dinner at one of the restaurants vith sea view! Another thing that I have never seen in a 3 star hotel is that the remote control from the TV was at the reception. But, they did not have remote control gadgets for all the rooms! It was on the principle: first come, first served. So, at 22h when I requested at the reception my remote control to be able to watch TV they told me they run out of it!
Its a nice friendly Hotel which we have been to many times and has not disappointed us yet.
Heating system was load at night with gurgling - banging from the pipework.
We stayed at the Hotel on our way into Holland, we for it accomodating, clean and well appointed. The rooms where very clean and comfortabel. The beakfast was very good and the staff very accomodating.
